Mind Body Soul
I qualified 5 years ago in Himalayan Hatha yoga and subsequently in Scaravelli inspired yoga. I am also trained in Ayurveda an inspired approach to restore balance, health and healing with one’s own innate wisdom.
I have also been practicing pilates for over 20 years and teaching for 12 after qualifying with the Pilates Foundation.
