Mind Body Soul

I qualified 5 years ago in Himalayan Hatha yoga and subsequently in Scaravelli inspired yoga. I am also trained in Ayurveda an inspired approach to restore balance, health and healing with one’s own innate wisdom.

I have also been practicing pilates for over 20 years and teaching for 12 after qualifying with the Pilates Foundation.

Restore nature's balance by discovering how to relax the mind, the body and naturally become more flexible, healthy and strong. Learn techniques in incorporate into our daily lives - from mat into every aspect of life.
