About Tina

I have been practicing pilates for over 20 years and teaching for 12 after qualifying with the Pilates Foundation.
I believe in somatic and holistic mind body integration. 5 years ago I qualified in Himalayan Hatha yoga and subsequently in Scaravelli inspired yoga. My interest in the human body inspired me to study anatomy and fascia for movement in Yoga and Pilates’s with World renown expert Gary Carter. I recently returned from Bali having completed a further 200 hour teacher training in Ayurveda an inspired approach to restore balance, health and healing with one’s own innate wisdom.
